2. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our products (haircare, beauty & cosmetic items), we can only accept returns under specific conditions:

4. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect:
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We will send a replacement or offer a solution depending on stock availability.
We do not accept claims submitted after 48 hours.
5. Refunds
Refunds are issued once the returned item is:

Confirmed unused and unopened
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund timelines:

Bank/credit card release: 3–10 business days (varies by bank)
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was from our side.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want another item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
7. Non-Delivery & Unclaimed Packages
If your order is returned to us because:

The package was unclaimed / not picked up

Delivery was refused
You will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
Refunds (excluding shipping costs) may only be issued if the product returns in perfect, unused condition.
8. Cancellations

Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
